Inclusions

Terms & Conditions

1. Non-Refundable
All payments are final and non-refundable. Please ensure this offer feels aligned before purchasing.

2. Results Disclaimer
While this coaching package is designed to provide clarity, strategy, and support — results are not guaranteed. Your outcomes are dependent on your own commitment and action.

3. Session Booking
It is the client’s responsibility to book both coaching sessions through the Client Portal.

4. Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule, please use the Reschedule button inside your Portal. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.

5. Missed Sessions
If you fail to attend a scheduled session or arrive more than 10 minutes late, the session will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.

6. Session Expiry
All coaching sessions must be completed by January 20, 2026.
Your first session must be booked before January 6, 2026.

7. Payment Plans
If you choose a payment plan, all three (3) payments must be completed in full — regardless of session completion or engagement.

8. WhatsApp Support
Support is available Monday to Friday during standard business hours. Messages will be responded to within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching is strictly confidential and will not be shared without your consent.

10. Ownership of Materials
The strategic plan document and any tools or templates provided are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed.
