Level Up Your Life: Terms & Agreements

1. Program Overview

Level Up Your Life is a self-paced personal development program designed to help you create mindset shifts, clarity, and confidence. The program provides access to educational materials, resources, and tools intended to support your growth.

While the content is transformational in nature, no guarantees are made regarding personal, financial, or professional outcomes. Your results depend entirely on your own effort, action, and commitment.

2. Fees & Payments

All payments are non-refundable.

If you enrol via a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments in full and on time, regardless of your level of participation or completion of the program.

If payments are late or incomplete, access to the course may be temporarily suspended until the account is brought back into good standing.

Payments are processed via credit card (MasterCard or Visa). Breanna Hunter reserves the right to suspend or cancel your access if payments are not received as agreed.

3. Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please ensure this investment feels aligned before proceeding.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, videos, tools, and documents provided as part of Level Up Your Life remain the exclusive intellectual property of Breanna Hunter.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free licence to access and use the materials for your personal use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, repurpose, or teach any of the program content in your own programs or communities, or use it for any commercial purpose.

Any pre-existing intellectual property owned by the Client prior to enrolment remains the property of the Client.

5. Confidentiality & Media Use

Confidentiality is respected at all times.

By enrolling, you authorise Breanna Hunter to use your name, image, testimonial, or feedback (written or recorded) for marketing, training, and promotional purposes, unless you withdraw permission in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge that Breanna Hunter and Level Up Your Life make no guarantees about results or outcomes.

Under no circumstances will Breanna Hunter be held responsible for any loss, damages, or results arising from participation in this program. Liability is limited to the total amount paid by the participant.

7. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation with a mutually agreed mediator.

If not resolved through mediation, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Australia, under applicable Australian law.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia. It represents the entire understanding between the participant and Breanna Hunter, and may only be amended in writing and signed by both parties.
